I have been teaching Callanetics since 1995. I am a professional dancer and I trained in classical ballet at the Academy of Ballet in Edinburgh. I have 26 years of experience in teaching, dancing and choreography in the world of dance. My dance career has taken me worldwide with extensive work in the UK in theatre and television.

I am also one of the trainers on the new Callanetics DVDs available now.
