For Beginners

The 'Back to Basics' course will educate you on the principles of the callanetics method:

-  Isolation of the muscle groups
-  Pulse, circle and rotation
-  Pelvic floor
-  Relaxation
-  Posture

The completion of this course will enable you to join any
of the classes on the timetable, with an understanding of
the callanetics method.


Existing Students

If you are currently practising the callanetics exercise programme, or have in the past, the 'Back to Basics' is an excellent refresher course.  It will allow you to improve your technique, implementing the revised principles of the callanetics method.
